Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, write to us on Whatsapp : +91-8870664249. An order can be cancelled any time before your package is shipped out from our office.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
- We accept returns only in the case of any product manufacturing defects. Any such problem has to be notified to us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the package at your end. To initiate an exchange you can write to us on Whatsapp : +91-8870664249 with photos / evidence of the product defects and Order details.
- You will almost always never find a quality issue since we supply only fresh, clean, export-grade and 100% QC Oked products. But if you still find any defect, we can exchange the same once the defective product is returned to us and is verified and Oked by us on receipt at our Address (seen in our Shipping Label) after cross-checking with our Packing Video logs.
- The returned product must be packed properly & safely as originally received by you, along with all the trims and accessories (hangers, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.) remaining intact on the product.
- Any used, damaged, torn, worn, sweaty, smelly, dirtied, crushed, washed, tampered or damaged articles will strictly not be accepted for returns.
- We strictly do not accept returns related to Size or erroneous Orders since ample information is already provided within each Product page with images and details to help with Ordering.
- The GST incurred will be refunded only if a return invoice is raised by the customer on us, and such customers should have a valid GSTIN number.
- Shipping the goods back to our Address (seen in our Shipping Label) is the customer's responsibility and the cost of shipping the goods back is to be borne by the customer.
- Any damages or pilferage losses caused during return shipping will not be paid for by us.
- Please ensure that you write our complete office / godown address on the returned parcel along with our phone number.
- Ensure that you retain one copy of our invoice and the proof of dispatch (issued by your Courier Service Provider).

REFUND
In the event that you do not want the Exchange option, but wish to have a refund made for the returned and accepted defective product(s), we will initiate a refund within 2 days to either your Shopify Account Wallet Balance for smaller amounts (or) to your original Payment Mode or Channel for larger amounts.
